Can you design our decorations around a given budget?
Absolutely! We are often asked what options are available for an HOA or business to consider within a given budget. We can make adjustments and mix options to make sure we provide the most decorations for the budget you have.
Can you do interior decorations in our Welcome/Amenity Center, Clubhouse, and/or Pool House?
Yes! We have a team of designers that work exclusively with indoor decorations including Christmas trees, garland, and wreaths to decorate clubhouses and pool houses. They can either provide traditional color schemes or use the existing color scheme within the space to make sure that the decorations match and highlight the area.
Is there any type of discount given if we sign a 2 year contract?
Yes! We give each community a discount for year 2 decorations. We also offer an additional discount if the 50% deposit is made prior to September 1 for both years.
Can we make changes to the color combination and/or decorations each year?
Additional decorations can always be added and minor changes can be made each year. We ask that the color combination you chose be used for the duration of the 2 year contract. When a new 2 year contract is established, the HOA is welcome to make a different color combination selection and even go in a different direction completely.
Do you check on the decorations once they are installed?
A staff member from the company visits every community once each week to make sure all decorations are still hanging appropriately, and if the decorations are also lit, they check to make sure all lights are working correctly. If there is an issue when they are out checking, they will fix what they can right then. If they are unable to correct the problem, the appropriate staff member is sent out within 48 hours (usually the next day) to fix issues.
What does the price include?
The price on your proposal includes all of the decorations that are selected, installation (usually during the month of November), take-down (during the 1st two weeks of January),as well as a weekly visit to check on decorations. We require a 50% deposit prior to the installation of all decorations with the final 50% due by the end of January after the decorations are taken down. We store all decorations then refurbish any lights, ornaments, or bows needed to look brand new before they are reinstalled for year two. All decorations are designed and created specifically for each community in a variety of available color schemes. We can mix and match colors to meet your needs
